The Experience Behind the Name
Before I ever became a REALTOR®, I spent nearly two decades serving communities, leading people, and helping solve complicated problems. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today: Listen first. Understand the goal. Build the plan. Then execute. I’m also a Ladera Ranch resident, husband, and father. I’ve bought and sold homes myself, and I understand that a move is rarely just a financial decision.
It can mean a growing family, a different commute, better use of space, a new chapter, or simply wanting life to look different. That’s why I don’t believe every real estate conversation needs to begin with, “Are you ready to buy or sell?” Sometimes it simply starts with: “What are you trying to accomplish?” From there, we can figure out the next step together.
